Boy, that “updating once a week” thing was a lofty goal!
A lot got in the way of my regular updates, and I didn’t get as much accomplished as I would have liked, but the important thing is that I still did some work! Here’s the proof!
See! I’ve already surpassed my drawing total of 2022! Take that past Kev, you lazy jerk! In fact, I’ll be writing a blog this week detailing all the actual drawing stuff I did in those four hours, you can read it HERE (adding a spot for a hyperlink to a future blog to guilt me into writing it on time).
24 pages written is pretty good, though it’s not where I wanted to be. I’m currently scripting the next issue of N.A.R.L.I.’s Tubular Tales and was hoping to be done with them a month ago. I am mostly done with the first drafts now, just one more story to write then I can do some editing.
I’m also working on rewrites to another anthology I started a while back, and I’ll have more to post about that later too.
I think I am going to keep this progress post to a monthly format, and I’ll be updating the blog with more of my art progress. This is all a work in progress, and honestly, it’s on the back burner to getting comics made. I do this and the YouTube show for fun, but making comics is more important. I would rather not update this for a year if it meant more time making the books. But while I have the time, I am happy to share my adventures with you!
